Campaigns and transactional email run as separate streams with separate reputations. If a newsletter draws complaints, we pause the campaigns. Your password resets and receipts keep sending, untouched. Most providers pause the account.
Group campaigns into topics readers recognise, like Product updates or Offers. One-click unsubscribe removes them from that topic alone, and a hosted preference centre lets them change their mind later.
Event-triggered sequences come with your campaign plan, with no per-run or per-email charge. What’s limited is how many contacts can be moving through a sequence at once, and runs already in flight are never cut short. How automations work →
Upgrade mid-month and pay only the difference for the days remaining, with your renewal date unchanged. Downgrade and it applies at your next renewal, so you keep what you paid for.
No surprises
Quolle has no pay-as-you-go overage. When you reach your monthly quota, the API returns a clear 402 telling you exactly how many emails remain, and sending resumes on the 1st, or the moment you upgrade.
Each plan also has a daily throughput cap (your monthly quota ÷ 30) that protects your sender reputation from runaway scripts. Your bill is your plan price. Always.

Best for consistent high-volume senders (roughly 100k+ emails a month) on Scale or Enterprise. Below that, a dedicated IP can hurt deliverability rather than help, so talk to us if you’re unsure.
